When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. after work about 6:30pm. The crew was still cleaning up. They were so kind and sweet. They took great care to pick up everything and swept a few times with a magnet for left over nails. They were overly kind to even ask to use my hose to wash their hands. I told them how beautiful it was and thanked them and they seemed so happy for the feed back. PRO Roofing was awesome to work with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They came out the day after I called them for the estimate and returned that quickly and with
a competitive price. They answered all of my questions and amended the quote when I asked for some additional items.
They called me to follow up on the quote in a friendly way, just to see if I had any questions and never pressured me. They were only company to do this, which showed me that they wanted my business, which is something I really appreciate.
When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. They did an incredible job and even sent me photos of their work, a few of which I have attached to the review. As they left on the final day, I saw them pause in front of the house to take a picture and I could see a smile.
