This was my first time having to replace my roof. PRO Roofing was very patient with my questions and when I was concerned there may have been some damage to wiring they were quick to respond and check appropriately (nothing on their end). Recently hired PRO Roofing to replace our roof for insurance purposes. They were very communicative, I submitted a request for a quote over the weekend and they responded to my request for a quote within 24 hours and the quote was provided within 48 hours. We ended up hiring them and they were able to schedule us within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, summer rains slowed our install, but they provided us regular updates about the delays. In addition, they provided us on updates on items outside the scope of our quote, so when the bill came, it was very clear what we were paying for, which I appreciate. My insurance had dropped me because the age of the roof (over 20 years). After more than a handful of quotes from different roofing companies. Pro Roofing gave me tho most affordable price of them all. Miss Becca was my point of contact and she was so pleasant to deal with. They are very professional, polite, and punctual. Due to time sensitive, Miss Becca went above and beyond to deal with my HOA for me. I had my roof done in just one week. The customer services is by far one the best. I highly recommend Pro Roofing if you ever need anything done with your roof. Great job guys!!
