From the very beginning, Becca was amazing, she walked us through the entire process step by step, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. The timeline was also impressive. We received our estimate on 03/24, and the installation was completed by 04/13. The work was done quickly and professionally, with great attention to detail. What really set PRO Roofing apart, though, was their integrity and customer care. During the installation, my mom’s AC stopped working, and the AC company initially tried to blame the roofers and quoted an $800 repair. Mr. Parker, the owner, personally came out and meet with the AC company and review the situation. It turned out to be a normal wear-and-tear issue, and the actual cost was only $200. If he hadn’t stepped in, my mom likely would have been overcharged. That level of honesty and willingness to stand by their customer is rare these days. We are truly grateful for their service, professionalism, and support throughout the entire process. Pro Roofing was by far the most impressive with attention to detail, knowledgeable sales staff and incredible front office support. Our roofing project went seamlessly. The roofing crew did an impeccable job on the installation of the new roof system. The premises was perfectly cleaned-up and debris removed like they had magically put a new roof on our home. The office staff took care in providing us with a detailed estimate and written proposal. They provided us with proof of insurance, and building permit process to final inspection. In closing we had the #1 rated roof shingle by Consumer Report Magazine (Owens-Corning) with an upgraded underlayment package installed at a competitive price. Before the project was completed we actually felt like part of their family.
