This was my first time having to replace my roof. PRO Roofing was very patient with my questions and when I was concerned there may have been some damage to wiring they were quick to respond and check appropriately (nothing on their end). Recently hired PRO Roofing to replace our roof for insurance purposes. They were very communicative, I submitted a request for a quote over the weekend and they responded to my request for a quote within 24 hours and the quote was provided within 48 hours. We ended up hiring them and they were able to schedule us within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, summer rains slowed our install, but they provided us regular updates about the delays. In addition, they provided us on updates on items outside the scope of our quote, so when the bill came, it was very clear what we were paying for, which I appreciate. Needed to have some repairs done for insurance purposes.   Prices are very reasonable,communication is excellent, and the work was completed and week earlier than stated.  Highly recommend this company.   Will definitely use again.
