I initially contacted them on behalf of my 69-year-old
G-mother, who needed a new roof. We gathered four different quotes, and PRO Roofing stood out immediately with the best combination of price and value. From the very beginning, Becca was amazing, she walked us through the entire process step by step, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything.
The timeline was also impressive. We received our estimate on 03/24, and the installation was completed by 04/13. The work was done quickly and professionally, with great attention to detail.

During the installation, my mom’s AC stopped working, and the AC company initially tried to blame the roofers and quoted an $800 repair. If he hadn’t stepped in, my mom likely would have been overcharged.

When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. They were always polite, professional, and prompt, over the phone, email, and text. They even located impact resistant skylights in a single day to make sure they complied with the program.

As for the quality of work, they completed the roof on May 9th, and the next day, Tallahassee was hit with multiple tornados and 100+ mph winds. We were fortunate not to be in the worst-hit areas, but it was still an extreme storm. Our new roof kept us safe and dry!
