When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. They did an incredible job and even sent me photos of their work, a few of which I have attached to the review. I initially contacted them on behalf of my 69-year-old
G-mother, who needed a new roof. We gathered four different quotes, and PRO Roofing stood out immediately with the best combination of price and value. From the very beginning, Becca was amazing, she walked us through the entire process step by step, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything.
The timeline was also impressive. We received our estimate on 03/24, and the installation was completed by 04/13. The work was done quickly and professionally, with great attention to detail.
What really set PRO Roofing apart, though, was their integrity and customer care. During the installation, my mom’s AC stopped working, and the AC company initially tried to blame the roofers and quoted an $800 repair. Mr. Parker, the owner, personally came out and meet with the AC company and review the situation. It turned out to be a normal wear-and-tear issue, and the actual cost was only $200. If he hadn’t stepped in, my mom likely would have been overcharged.
That level of honesty and willingness to stand by their customer is rare these days. We are truly grateful for their service, professionalism, and support throughout the entire process.

after work about 6:30pm. The crew was still cleaning up. They were so kind and sweet. They took great care to pick up everything and swept a few times with a magnet for left over nails. They were overly kind to even ask to use my hose to wash their hands. I told them how beautiful it was and thanked them and they seemed so happy for the feed back. I did point out one small problem and like Spiderman he scaled the side of my house to fix it with in minutes. PRO Roofing was awesome to work with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They came out the day after I called them for the estimate and returned that quickly and with
a competitive price. They answered all of my questions and amended the quote when I asked for some additional items.
They called me to follow up on the quote in a friendly way, just to see if I had any questions and never pressured me. They were only company to do this, which showed me that they wanted my business, which is something I really appreciate.
When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. They did an incredible job and even sent me photos of their work, a few of which I have attached to the review. As they left on the final day, I saw them pause in front of the house to take a picture and I could see a smile. It’s so rare these days to find people that take pride in their work, but they clearly do and wanted a photo of it.
Throughout the process, the office staff was wonderful and helped me with many things, including financial stuff and the paperwork needed for the MySafeFLHome program. They were always polite, professional, and prompt, over the phone, email, and text. They even located impact resistant skylights in a single day to make sure they complied with the program.
When they sent me the final bill, I was relieved to see that it was exactly what they quoted me. With work this expensive, there’s always a concern that you’ll be hit with a bunch of unexpected extras, but that wasn’t the case at all.
As for the quality of work, they completed the roof on May 9th, and the next day, Tallahassee was hit with multiple tornados and 100+ mph winds. We were fortunate not to be in the worst-hit areas, but it was still an extreme storm. Our new roof kept us safe and dry!
