From my initial contact with this company until the final one everyone was great. The initial estimate guy, JJ was very sincere and explained the whole process to me. ( he’s a wonderful person). I very rarely submit reviews but I have to say this was one of the most professional, responsive businesses I have dealt with in a long time. I contacted several roofing companies and they all asked me how old my roof was, which I did not know. Ashleigh immediately looked up that information and told me, which none of the other companies offered to do. I had several questions and Ashleigh provided me with detailed written responses to my every one of them. She was so knowledgeable and responsive, at one point I asked her if she was one of the owners- she was not. The quote was on par with the other quotes. Based on how helpful they were, I chose them for my roof. They were efficient, did what appears to be an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards. I had one problem where a railing I had around my office was scratched when they threw the old tiles off. With no questions asked, they sanded and repainted the rail. I am very pleased with the work and recommend them highly.

PRO Roofing was very professional and did a fantastic job putting on our new roof. They were very patient with us as we decided on the roof shingle and drip edge colors. We had a delay in our original start date, but they communicated every change to the schedule and the delay was just a few days because of rain. Once they started, we received updates that changed our original estimate. The additional material needed that they could not see until the original roof was removed was minimal and the final cost was very close to their original estimate. They did a great job completing the project and cleaning up afterwards. You couldn't even tell they had been there except that the roof looked better than we had even expected. The roof was inspected, and we got a certificate of inspection for our records. I would highly recommend PRO Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. I have another property and when it comes time for the roof on it to be replaced, I will definitely use PRO Roofing. Thanks, guys, for the great work!

Very happy with the roof replacement that PRO Roofing did on my house, late March 2024. The roof looks great and working with PRO Roofing was so easy. Everyone through every step was helpful and kindly answered my many questions. In addition, after the tornado I had some roof damage to my new beautiful roof and called them. I didn't have to do any more than that. They quickly organized the tree service to remove the trees from my house, tarped the roof, and contacted an electrician that was needed to look at the bent mast. Now I'll be using PRO Roofing again to do the repairs to my roof.

He notices a lot of leaves on my roof and even though I am not a customer yet, he used my blower and removed the leaves from the roof!! PRO Roofing was awesome to work with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They came out the day after I called them for the estimate and returned that quickly and with a competitive price. They answered all of my questions and amended the quote when I asked for some additional items. They called me to follow up on the quote in a friendly way, just to see if I had any questions and never pressured me. They were only company to do this, which showed me that they wanted my business, which is something I really appreciate. When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. They did an incredible job and even sent me photos of their work, a few of which I have attached to the review. As they left on the final day, I saw them pause in front of the house to take a picture and I could see a smile. It’s so rare these days to find people that take pride in their work, but they clearly do and wanted a photo of it. Throughout the process, the office staff was wonderful and helped me with many things, including financial stuff and the paperwork needed for the MySafeFLHome program. They were always polite, professional, and prompt, over the phone, email, and text. They even located impact resistant skylights in a single day to make sure they complied with the program. When they sent me the final bill, I was relieved to see that it was exactly what they quoted me. With work this expensive, there’s always a concern that you’ll be hit with a bunch of unexpected extras, but that wasn’t the case at all. As for the quality of work, they completed the roof on May 9th, and the next day, Tallahassee was hit with multiple tornados and 100+ mph winds. We were fortunate not to be in the worst-hit areas, but it was still an extreme storm. Our new roof kept us safe and dry!
