Recently hired PRO Roofing to replace our roof for insurance purposes. They were very communicative, I submitted a request for a quote over the weekend and they responded to my request for a quote within 24 hours and the quote was provided within 48 hours. We ended up hiring them and they were able to schedule us within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, summer rains slowed our install, but they provided us regular updates about the delays. In addition, they provided us on updates on items outside the scope of our quote, so when the bill came, it was very clear what we were paying for, which I appreciate.
