I initially contacted them on behalf of my 69-year-old
G-mother, who needed a new roof. We gathered four different quotes, and PRO Roofing stood out immediately with the best combination of price and value. From the very beginning, Becca was amazing, she walked us through the entire process step by step, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything.
The timeline was also impressive. We received our estimate on 03/24, and the installation was completed by 04/13. The work was done quickly and professionally, with great attention to detail.

During the installation, my mom’s AC stopped working, and the AC company initially tried to blame the roofers and quoted an $800 repair. If he hadn’t stepped in, my mom likely would have been overcharged.

They were overly kind to even ask to use my hose to wash their hands. I told them how beautiful it was and thanked them and they seemed so happy for the feed back. When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. They did an incredible job and even sent me photos of their work, a few of which I have attached to the review. As they left on the final day, I saw them pause in front of the house to take a picture and I could see a smile. It’s so rare these days to find people that take pride in their work, but they clearly do and wanted a photo of it.
