PRO Roofing was awesome to work with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They came out the day after I called them for the estimate and returned that quickly and with a competitive price. They answered all of my questions and amended the quote when I asked for some additional items. They called me to follow up on the quote in a friendly way, just to see if I had any questions and never pressured me. They were only company to do this, which showed me that they wanted my business, which is something I really appreciate. When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. They did an incredible job and even sent me photos of their work, a few of which I have attached to the review. As they left on the final day, I saw them pause in front of the house to take a picture and I could see a smile. It’s so rare these days to find people that take pride in their work, but they clearly do and wanted a photo of it. Throughout the process, the office staff was wonderful and helped me with many things, including financial stuff and the paperwork needed for the MySafeFLHome program. They were always polite, professional, and prompt, over the phone, email, and text. They even located impact resistant skylights in a single day to make sure they complied with the program. When they sent me the final bill, I was relieved to see that it was exactly what they quoted me. With work this expensive, there’s always a concern that you’ll be hit with a bunch of unexpected extras, but that wasn’t the case at all. As for the quality of work, they completed the roof on May 9th, and the next day, Tallahassee was hit with multiple tornados and 100+ mph winds. We were fortunate not to be in the worst-hit areas, but it was still an extreme storm. Our new roof kept us safe and dry!

Pro Roofing just replaced my whole roof 3 months after the tornados hit and a tree fell through it. No fault to them it took so long insurance is nuts in flordia. I came home after work about 6:30pm. The crew was still cleaning up. They were so kind and sweet. They took great care to pick up everything and swept a few times with a magnet for left over nails. They were overly kind to even ask to use my hose to wash their hands. I told them how beautiful it was and thanked them and they seemed so happy for the feed back. I did point out one small problem and like Spiderman he scaled the side of my house to fix it with in minutes. I contacted several roofing companies and they all asked me how old my roof was, which I did not know. Ashleigh immediately looked up that information and told me, which none of the other companies offered to do. I had several questions and Ashleigh provided me with detailed written responses to my every one of them. She was so knowledgeable and responsive, at one point I asked her if she was one of the owners- she was not. The quote was on par with the other quotes. I very rarely submit reviews but I have to say this was one of the most professional, responsive businesses I have dealt with in a long time. I contacted several roofing companies and they all asked me how old my roof was, which I did not know. Ashleigh immediately looked up that information and told me, which none of the other companies offered to do. I had several questions and Ashleigh provided me with detailed written responses to my every one of them. She was so knowledgeable and responsive, at one point I asked her if she was one of the owners- she was not. The quote was on par with the other quotes. Based on how helpful they were, I chose them for my roof. They were efficient, did what appears to be an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards. I had one problem where a railing I had around my office was scratched when they threw the old tiles off. With no questions asked, they sanded and repainted the rail. I am very pleased with the work and recommend them highly.

What a great company! Parker Roofing Options recently re-roofed our 1940s era home and the adjoining carport. From the beginning, it was clear that their customer service was outstanding. Tracie, the office manager and scheduler, called several times well in advance of the job to let us know what to expect and how long the project would take. Their crew of roofers was hardworking, talented and pleasant, working from morning to late afternoon to complete the job quickly and to ease any inconvenience and noise associated with such a massive project. The truth is, Parker Roofing Options is run by honest, decent people who care about their customers -- and follow-up immediately if there is an issue. I didn't know what to expect -- I mean, how often do you re-roof your house? -- but I was very pleasantly surprised by the all-round excellence exhibited by their team.Our roof looks so beautiful that I stop to admire it every time I walk by. PRO Roofing was awesome to work with and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They came out the day after I called them for the estimate and returned that quickly and with a competitive price. They answered all of my questions and amended the quote when I asked for some additional items. They called me to follow up on the quote in a friendly way, just to see if I had any questions and never pressured me. They were only company to do this, which showed me that they wanted my business, which is something I really appreciate. When it came time to replace my roof, the workers were friendly, polite, and hardworking. They did an incredible job and even sent me photos of their work, a few of which I have attached to the review. As they left on the final day, I saw them pause in front of the house to take a picture and I could see a smile. It’s so rare these days to find people that take pride in their work, but they clearly do and wanted a photo of it. Throughout the process, the office staff was wonderful and helped me with many things, including financial stuff and the paperwork needed for the MySafeFLHome program. They were always polite, professional, and prompt, over the phone, email, and text. They even located impact resistant skylights in a single day to make sure they complied with the program. When they sent me the final bill, I was relieved to see that it was exactly what they quoted me. With work this expensive, there’s always a concern that you’ll be hit with a bunch of unexpected extras, but that wasn’t the case at all. As for the quality of work, they completed the roof on May 9th, and the next day, Tallahassee was hit with multiple tornados and 100+ mph winds. We were fortunate not to be in the worst-hit areas, but it was still an extreme storm. Our new roof kept us safe and dry!
